In order to ensure that the concrete delivery pump must have a large delivery volume and a certain outlet pressure and matching economic power, most of the concrete delivery pumps use constant power piston pumps in the design.

The design of pumped concrete mix proportions, in addition to complying with current relevant standards and specifications, should also be comprehensively considered based on concrete raw materials, concrete transportation distance, technical parameters of concrete delivery pumps, concrete delivery pipe diameter, pumping distance, etc. If necessary, the mix ratio of pumped concrete should be determined by testing the ready mix pump.

The concrete mixing pump is an improved version of concrete pump trailer. It integrates the functions of a concrete delivery pump and a concrete mixer, effectively saving the cost of purchasing equipment, and the cost performance of the concrete mixing pump is much higher than that of a ready mix concrete pump and a concrete mixer.
