1. Reduce corrosion

In order to reduce the occurrence of this kind of corrosion, management and operation personnel should take effective measures according to the local weather conditions and air pollution conditions at that time to reduce the impact of chemical corrosion on the machine and prevent rainwater and chemical components in the air from corroding the machine.

2. Reduce the impact of temperature

When the mixing pump is operating, the temperature of each component has its own normal range. If it is lower than or exceeds this range, it will accelerate the wear of the parts, cause the lubricating oil to deteriorate, and cause changes in material properties.

In order to avoid this impact, the mini concrete pump machine should not only prevent overload operation at low temperature during use, so that the machine can reach the specified temperature before driving or working, but also prevent the machine from operating at high temperature. At the same time, check the values on various temperature gauges frequently, and stop the machine for inspection immediately if a problem is found.
