　　In operation of concrete boom pumps, operators should be clear about common breakdowns of pumping systems so that they would be able to deal with them efficiently. Only in this way can they guarantee normal working of pumps and keep safety accidents away. In addition, preventative maintenance is more important, because it usually takes less time and money but tackles problems more efficiently.

　　Then what are common breakdowns of pumping systems for concrete boom pumps? Operators should pay attention to seven aspects in daily maintenance. First, check whether connecting wires of the starting button are off. If yes, repair them immediately. Second, make sure the middle relay is in normal state. If it’s burned, you should replace it with a new one as soon as possible. Third, examine the magnetic exchange valve and make sure that the electromagnet is sound and safe. Fourth, adjust reasonably the rotary knob for main pump delivery capacity. Fifth, inspect the hydraulic oil and refill the oil tank in time. Last but not least, check the orifice plug of the oil control circuit regularly so that it will not be clogged. If you follow the steps above, you will be able to tackle common problems of concrete boom pumps.
