In the field of construction engineering, the performance of concrete pump trailers directly affects construction efficiency and cost. As two mainstream models on the market, HBTS40 and HBTS50 meet the needs of projects of different sizes with their differentiated designs.
HBTS40 new concrete pump is positioned in the mid-range market, with a theoretical delivery capacity of 40m³/h, a maximum pumping pressure of 10MPa, and a 90kW motor, which is suitable for conventional floor pouring and small and medium-sized projects.
As an upgraded version, HBTS50 has a theoretical delivery capacity of 50m³/h, a maximum pumping pressure of 12MPa, and a 110kW motor, which is more suitable for high-rise buildings and large-volume concrete construction.
It is worth noting that there is a difference in the maximum particle size of the aggregate between the two. HBTS40 is suitable for ≤40mm aggregates, while HBTS50 can handle ≤50mm coarse aggregates, which means that the latter has lower requirements for concrete fluidity.
Detail optimization improves construction efficiency
Pumping system
HBTS40 adopts a double-cylinder piston pumping structure, equipped with a Φ125mm delivery cylinder and a stroke of 1600mm; HBTS50 is upgraded to a Φ140mm delivery cylinder, with a stroke extended to 1800mm, and a single pumping volume increased by 30%. At the same time, HBTS50 has a new S-tube valve wear-resistant layer design, and its service life is extended by 20% compared with the former.
Electrical system
HBTS50 is equipped with a PLC intelligent control system as standard, which supports remote fault diagnosis and parameter adjustment, while HBTS40 still uses traditional relay control and requires manual on-site operation.
Configuration differences: upgrade of intelligence and durability
Transportation pipeline: HBTS50 is equipped with a double-layer wear-resistant alloy pipeline as standard, with a thickness of 8mm, which is 50% longer than the 6mm ordinary carbon steel pipeline of HBTS40.
Power system: HBTS50 can be equipped with a diesel engine as an option, which is suitable for areas without grid coverage, while HBTS40 only supports AC drive.
Additional functions: HBTS50 integrates an automatic lubrication system and anti-blocking and reversing functions, which can reduce manual maintenance costs by 30%.
Applicable scenarios: Accurately match project requirements
HBTS40 applicable scenarios:
Multi-story residential buildings, small commercial complexes, municipal pipe networks and other projects, with an average daily concrete pouring volume of 200-300m³ and a relatively fixed construction environment.
HBTS50 applicable scenarios:
High-intensity operations such as core tube construction of super-high-rise buildings, pouring of bridge piers, and large industrial plants, especially suitable for complex working conditions with a daily pouring volume of more than 500m³ or a pumping height of more than 100 meters.
HBTS40 is known for its high cost-effectiveness and flexibility, and is an ideal choice for small and medium-sized projects; HBTS50 tractor mounted concrete pump has broken through the pumping limit through technological upgrades and has become the efficiency leader for large projects. In actual selection, it is recommended to consider the project scale, concrete characteristics and construction environment comprehensively.
