The work preparation of the concrete mixer pump

Inspection of concrete mixer pump before operation should meet the following requirements:

(1) fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and water tank are adequately supplied, the tire pressure is in conformity with the regulations, and the lighting and signalling lamps are in good order.

(2) the hydraulic system works normally, and the pipeline has no leakage; the washing water pump and the equipment are all in good condition.

(3) there is no sundries in the mixing bucket, and the protection grid is intact and tightly stamped on the hopper.

(4) the conveying pipe is connected firmly and well sealed.
